I found it a speedy and trouble free service , you get your KEY and a link to DOWNLOAD the software. You just follow the on screen instructions and away you go , very straight forward !

This is install number 6 - flawless process as usual - can highly recommend. If you have office 365 pre-installed on a new laptop, you may have problems installing and get an error code. Just remove all the 365 stuff in control panel and start again, it will install okay.
